Hello! I’m an illustrator who enjoys working within a range of disciplines such as editorial work, packaging design and printmaking. The main links between my work are the themes of the natural world and human life.
During the second year of my degree, I completed an internship with the Global Sustainability Institute. Working to specific briefs showed me that I am interested in editorial illustration in the future. In 2023, I won the Stratford Literary Festival’s Book Cover competition.
I enjoy working with analogue materials and during my final term I very often turned to using paper and coloured pencils. I found that by cutting shapes out of paper and then digitally composing my images, I could a retain a sense of the handmade in my work.
