Hello, I’m Bernadette, an illustrator currently based in Cambridge. I have a strong interest in the natural world, with my work often exploring nature and animals. I enjoy working in a range of areas such as surface design, packaging and book covers.
My final projects included a series of patterns made for an aquarium I grew up visiting, the Deep Hull, and a guide to houseplants exploring my own personal collection of plants.
Most of my work, is created using materials such as collage, gouache, coloured pencil and inks. I often explore digital software as well mixing analogue materials and digital elements.
