Sarah Woolley
Fashion - BA (Hons)
Sarah Woolley is a pattern cutting-based fashion design student who loves to explore experimental pattern cutting. Experimenting with it allows her to create sculptural fashion, which she believes should be explored more within the fashion industry. She is a creative, driven individual who is always open to learning new skills and experiences to help expand her knowledge.
Her first interest for fashion started back in 2008 when she was 10 years old and first came across Lady Gaga. She fell in love instantly because of how Gaga dressed differently to everyone else and wore stuff no one would, and this opened up the journey to create the structural garments that she’s always loved. Along with Gaga’s message of not letting anyone stop you from living your dream, Sarah has also followed this by always believing in her designs and doesn’t let anyone get in the way of letting her design dreams become a reality.
