My practice combines the use of sculpture, painting, drawing, and writing. As a multimedia artist, I am interested in life, nature and time, themes that are explored within my work using natural materials.
My most recent work is inspired by the natural death and rebirth in my local woodland, and the loss of my father. I am fascinated by the way nature grieves itself, through growth, and I connect that grief with my own. I use carving tools to carve my own poetry into branches and make structures from them using twine and other fabrics.
