Drama and Film Studies - BA (Hons)
A creative and driven student with a passion for the film industry. Growing up in a small town, I discovered my love for storytelling through short films that I made with my friends. I quickly realized that film production was my calling and I've been working hard to pursue a career in the industry ever since.
I've been involved in various film projects both in and outside of school, and my talent and dedication have not gone unnoticed.
My ultimate goal is to become a successful filmmaker and create films that inspire and entertain audiences worldwide. With my passion, creativity, and dedication, I'm confident that I can achieve my dreams and make a name for myself in the film industry.
In Festival of performance, I have played the roles of being a director, actress and costume designer.
As a costume designer for the play “The Monster” this is a new role for me, so it was exciting to expand on this opportunity and learn something new. My role was to do research and obtain information on the historical period and setting of the play, and style the characters.
As the assistant director of “Don’t let Samba die” my responsibilities include collaborating closely with the director and other members of the production team to ensure the production runs smoothly and efficiently. Assisting the director and bringing their artistic vision to life on stage.
As an actress in this play, I have loved bringing the vision to life and enjoy playing this fun character. Learning something new every day in the rehearsal process.
As co-director in “Rothwood” I am responsible for serving as the artistic visionary and production team leader, bringing the screenplay to life, and working directly with a variety of individuals and helping backstage if required, demonstrating my leadership abilities.
