Shirin Leung
Graphic Design - BA (Hons)
Shirin Leung is a graphic design student recently graduated from Anglia Ruskin University. Half Persian half Chinese, she left Hong Kong with a background in law. After moving to Cambridge to study graphic design she used her interest in the analog and digital design techniques to inspire her growing portfolio.
As a designer her work is largely typographical, covering greeting cards to book design. Taking inspiration from artists like Paul Peter Piech and Corita Kent, her designs follow a variety of styles with a specific focus on lino print and letterpress, with freeform, geometric, structured, and abstract ideas.
Shirin speaks four languages, is a bookworm and an amateur photographer with a love of photographing Cambridge.
