The topic for Gauri’s major project is a tourism handbook for investors for Rajasthan, a state in India. The report contains detailed information about the state including famous tourist destinations, number of foreign and domestic visitors and information about famous local art and heritage. Gauri’s goal in designing this report is to represent complex data in an understandable, actionable manner.
The handbook provides actionable intelligence to investors with information related to the landmarks along with the tourists’ data for the last decade. This report will help them to make the decision.
This project helped Gauri gain a better understanding of infographics and page layout. It also improved her skills for understanding complex information/data and turning it into user-friendly visuals.
