Solomia Dzhurovska

Solomia Dzhurovska is a director and writer born in Ukraine. She discovered her passion for film, intrigued by its ability to extend reality and be so physical and real. With her past work, she expressed her interest in the unusual things that interconnect people. She explored the way ASMR recreates a sense of trust and intimacy in her award-winning documentary Tertiary Sound. She dug into the feeling of fear and protection in her interactive installation Lullaby. A short film Gills and Fins is her final university project, a multilayered story about love lost with time and memories preserved in space.
