Kerry Reid is a young writer and filmmaker from Northern Ireland with a passion for storytelling.
With a keen interest in showing the human experience, Kerry strives to write stories accurately portraying the way we all feel and act. To see ourselves in the stories we consume allows a viewer to feel known and understood. With a special interest in the accurate portrayal of important issues such as mental health and sexuality, she plans to give light to issues respectfully but honestly.
Throughout her time studying Kerry has written several scripts that have been produced, including writing and directing Night Conversations and co-writing and art directing Mortal.
Kerry enjoys the format of television storytelling but would happily work in whatever form best told the story.
