I am Uju, an interdisciplinary designer with over 3 years of experience ranging from web design, book covers, brand identity, editorial etc.
For the final major project, I created a book called “Other than Plastic”.
The book is created with the mindset of generating sustainable solutions for West African market vendors, that will allow them to access multiple ways to storage their fruits and vegetables without the use of plastic.
The simplicity of my book was inspired by the art form “Origami”
Natural resources and sustainability are my main inspirations in this project because I believe that graphic design can be a catalyst that can bring about changes to climate change.
